Last year Tim hosted his new series on Discovery Day Trip Designer, where we see him travelling throughout Europe searching for designer items. Last year Tim filmed two series of Dream Holiday Home for Ch5 where we see him redesigning furniture and rooms for the perfect holiday homes. He is also filming for Our Home UKTV and last year guested on House Invaders BBC.

Tim’s easy manner and sense of humour soon made him very popular with the viewers. His Introduction to the world of Television came a couple of years ago when he took part in Channel 4’s Shipwrecked on T4.

Recognised for his ability to be relaxed and highly personable on camera combined with being a first class craftsmen made Tim unforgettable. It was from this show that he got his break on the first series of Dream Holiday Home fronted by Carol Smilie, where we see him redesigning and creating furniture and accessories for fantastic homes abroad. Not only content with furniture Tim is equally at home redesigning rooms.

Tim graduated from Middlesex University in 1997 with a degree in Furniture Design. He then went on to work for Terence Conran, which gave him the opportunity to study, learn and gain an invaluable insight in to the world of modern furniture design. He then went on to set up his own studio and began taking private commissions for one off pieces.

Tim was recognised for his work when he won the Living etc and Daily Telegraph’s Bright New Things Award. Tim’s unique furniture designs later received the accolade of being chosen to feature in Sotheby’s 2001 Contemporary Decorative Arts Show.
